Guidlines to Submit a Post/Aricle

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

The open web needs to remain a friendly place for creators, and our community norms are crucial to this so kindly respect these guidelines. Please return to this page periodically as we might make changes to our policies. It should be noted that when implementing the criteria below, we reserve the right to make exceptions based on artistic, educational, documentary, or scientific factors or when there are other significant public benefits from not acting on the information.

BLOG / ARTICLE SUBMISSION:

Blogs/Posts should be uploaded electronically in your dashboard. You will have to first login or sign up on the website. Once this is done successfully, you can start submitting the blogs or articles. Once submitted, it will be under review and will be posted after thorough revision.

The website accepts blogs and posts which are relevant to the categories present on the website and are of great relevance for the audience.

Please do NOT call, SMS, or Whatsapp us regarding publishing/updating of posts. Our editorial team takes 2-3 working days to publish a post AND/OR to make changes on an already published post.

1. Instructions for Submitting

Submissions must contain the following:

  • the article's heading, text, and a relevant image 
  • a brief biographical note about the author (no more than 20 words)
  • The content should be original and shouldn’t be plagiarized.
2. Formatting the article's text Language
  • The blogs / posts / articles must be written in English, as per its editorial guidelines.
  • Limit of 300 - 1000 words per blog / post / article. Please write in precise detail. The post will be rejected if it is less than 300 words long or more than 1000 words long.
  • Times New Roman for character fonts Justified text is 12 points in length.
  • Line spacing should be single.
  • Title of the article in lowercase, 14 point, bold, and left aligned.
3. Name of the person/entity writing the same.
  • The writer's first name and last name (upper case), and writer's university or institution should all be written beneath the blog/post in 12 point font.
4. The headings
  • Headings should be in sentence case,14 point, bold, left aligned, and set off on a separate line.
5. Visual data or Insertion of image 
  • Size dimensions of cover photo/picture should be of 1200 x 900 pixels.
  • The background should be plain
  • Leave space on the right top corner for insertion of the official logo.
  • Refer to the already uploaded images for a better understanding.

Events and opportunities include: Conferences, Webinars, Courses, Workshops; Entrance Exams, Scholarships and Fellowships; Debate Competitions, Essay Competitions, MUNs and Parliamentary Debates, Moots, Fests, other interschool / intercollege competitions, etc.
